About climate change and its consequences for vulnerable populations.
Anchor Resilience is a recently established French association, run by a small team with an independent, disciplined approach.
Anchor Resilience carries a financial resilience project against the devastating effects of climate change on vulnerable populations — starting with a first pilot dedicated to farming households in central Vietnam.
Anchor Resilience is a public-interest non-profit association dedicated to climate resilience (French loi 1901), with three main activities:
About climate change and its consequences for vulnerable populations.
For vulnerable populations — farmers and small businesses exposed to natural disasters, in particular flooding.
Insurance solutions (parametric or index-based insurance) to compensate affected populations, through local insurance partners.
We do not directly carry out any insurance, brokerage, or insurance-product distribution activity.
Anchor Resilience acts as a facilitator and project coordinator, connecting vulnerable communities with the tools they need to protect their livelihoods. Our ambition is to extend, carefully and independently, the resilience momentum started in Hai Lang and more broadly across central Vietnam.
